We process personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian DSG). This Privacy Policy applies to the website budisync.com and all associated services.

European Servers: All BudiSync systems are operated on European servers. Your data does not leave the European legal area.
2. Data Collected on This Website

When you visit our website, certain technical information transmitted by your browser is automatically collected. This data is stored in so-called server log files.

The following data is collected:

  • IP address of the requesting device (anonymised)
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the requested file
  • Browser and operating system used
  • HTTP status code

The processing of this data serves the technical provision of the website and is permissible pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). Log files are deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

3. Contact Form

When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the information you provide (first name, last name, email address, message) is stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and any potential follow-up questions.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).

The data entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

4. Formspree (Contact Form Service Provider)

For the transmission of contact enquiries, we use the service Formspree.io (Formspree Inc., USA).

Data processed: First name, last name, email address, phone number, company, message

Legal basis: Your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR

Data transfer to the USA: Formspree is a US-based service. Data transfer takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

5. Google Fonts

This website uses web fonts provided by Google for uniform font rendering. When a page is loaded, your browser downloads the required web fonts into its cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

Data transfer: For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to learn that our website was accessed via your IP address.

Legal basis: Google Fonts are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on the website.

Note: If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

6. Server Log Files

Our website's hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files. This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
