Dejan Budisic
I'm Dejan Budisic, founder of BudiSync and an AI enthusiast based in Vienna, Austria. My passion lies at the intersection of technology and practical utility – particularly for small and medium businesses that want to benefit from digital tools but don't have their own IT department.
The same problem in three industries: in retail, in fitness studios, in practices — the same picture everywhere. Good businesses waste hours daily on admin work: Excel sheets for rosters, WhatsApp messages for appointment changes, paper-based contracts. People who just want to sell, train, or treat — trapped in manual processes.
The solution was never off-the-shelf software. It was a well-designed system that fits the business. At ThaiCross Gym we did exactly that — today I help other businesses build their own system: client management, AI integration, and workflows that actually work in everyday operations.
My goal: Studios and practices should be able to focus on people again, not on software.

Why BudiSync?
Most software solutions were built for enterprises. For businesses with 10 employees, that means: configuring features nobody needs — and handling tasks manually that should run automatically.
BudiSync was born from necessity: a system that actually works. That thinks ahead. That grows with the business. No overkill, no patchwork – just a clear, thoughtful structure.
At the same time, I recognised that AI has enormous potential – but is still underused by many small businesses because the barrier to entry seems too high. BudiSync lowers that barrier.
