BudiSync is a modular digital operating system for fitness and health businesses. It combines client management, payment management, course and shift planning, and AI-powered automation in one integrated platform. No patchwork of separate tools — one system that thinks ahead.
Who is BudiSync for?
BudiSync was developed specifically for small and medium-sized fitness studios, martial arts schools, yoga studios, physiotherapy practices and similar health businesses. Ideal for businesses with 1 to 500 clients who want to digitalise and automate their administration.
How fast is the implementation?
Setup typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. This includes system configuration, data migration from existing systems and training for your team. Setup is included in the first month — no hidden setup fees.

How is pricing calculated?
BudiSync is tailored individually to your business — the investment depends on your needs, desired modules and integrations. We provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. In the free initial consultation we analyse your requirements together and give you a realistic assessment.
Are there hidden costs?
No. You receive a complete, transparent quote before signing. No setup fees, no surprises. All services are clearly defined and transparently calculated.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Upon cancellation you receive a full data export in a standard format (CSV/JSON). Your data remains accessible for 30 days after contract end and is then securely and verifiably deleted. Your data always belongs to you.

AI & Automation
What does the AI handle — and what stays with my team?
The AI functions in BudiSync relieve your staff of repetitive tasks such as data entry, payment reminders and appointment confirmations. The goal is for your team to focus on what people do best: personal contact and care.
Which AI models are used?
BudiSync uses open-source AI models running on EU servers. We do not use proprietary closed-source models from US providers. The models used are transparently documented — no vendor lock-in, no black box.
Is my data safe when using AI?
Yes. All data — including AI processing — stays on EU servers and is not forwarded to external AI services like ChatGPT or Google AI. With the on-premise option, AI processing takes place entirely on your own infrastructure: maximum control, minimum risk.

Do I need technical knowledge to use BudiSync?
No. BudiSync is designed for business owners and staff without IT knowledge. We handle the setup, and the system is designed to be intuitive. For technically complex on-premise setups we provide full support.
Can I export my data at any time?
Yes. A full data export is possible at any time — not just upon cancellation. Your data belongs to you, and we ensure you can access it at any time in a standard format (CSV, JSON, Excel).
Is there an API for integrations?
Yes. BudiSync provides a REST API for integrations with third-party systems. Standard integrations (e.g. accounting software, mailing systems) and custom integrations are available on request.
